HOW I HELP

Flexible support, built around what you need.

Every leadership communication challenge is different. Sometimes you need clarity quickly. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective on what is already happening. Sometimes there is a major moment to get right. And sometimes you need an experienced adviser alongside you over time.

The Leadership Voice offers four flexible ways to work together.

1. The Leadership Voice Session

For when you need clarity, quickly.

A focused working session for CEOs and senior leaders with a specific communication challenge, opportunity or important moment ahead.

Perhaps you need to communicate a difficult decision, launch a new strategy, re-engage your people, increase your visibility or simply work out what you really want to say.

We’ll work through the challenge together – the outcome you need, the people who matter, the message, timing, messenger and channel – so you leave with clarity on your approach, key messages and practical next steps.

2. The Leadership Voice Review

For when you think your leadership communication could be working harder.

A fresh, experienced perspective on how you or your leadership team currently communicate.

I’ll review your existing communications, talk to the people who matter and identify what’s working, what’s missing and where there are opportunities to strengthen your leadership voice.

You’ll receive a clear set of practical recommendations covering areas such as narrative, messages, audiences, channels, timing, tone and leadership visibility.

3. The Leadership Voice Project

For the moments that really matter.

Sometimes there is a specific communication challenge where getting it right matters enormously – a new strategy, organisational change, business transformation, major announcement, leadership event, culture programme or particularly difficult message.

I can work alongside you from initial thinking through to delivery, helping shape the strategy, narrative, messages and communication plan.

Support can include strategic advice, narrative and message development, communication planning, speeches, presentations, written communications, leader briefings, event support and preparation for key moments.

Let’s make it count

4. The Leadership Voice Partner

For leaders who want an experienced communications adviser alongside them.

An ongoing partnership providing regular access to senior-level communications advice without needing a full-time executive communications resource.

I become a trusted sounding board – helping you anticipate what’s coming, think through sensitive issues, strengthen your leadership narrative and make better communication decisions.

Depending on what you need, that might include regular planning sessions, leadership messaging, speeches and presentations, employee communications, visibility planning, channel and timing advice, preparation for key events and hands-on writing support.

Most importantly, you have someone who understands your business, your leadership style and your voice. Someone who can help keep what you say and what people hear as closely aligned as possible.

Not sure what you need?

That’s absolutely fine. Often the starting point is simply a conversation about what’s happening in your business, what you’re trying to achieve and where communication could make the biggest difference.

From there, we can decide what - if any - support would be most useful.
